Bhagyashri.comreserves the right to charge listing fees for certain listings, as well as transaction fees based on certain completed transactions using the services. Bhagyashri.com further reserves the right to alter any and all fees from time to time, without notice.
The User shall be completely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising out of the use of the services.
In case, there is a short charging by www.Bhagyashri.com for listing, services or transaction fee or any other fee or service because of any technical or other reason, it reserves the right to deduct/charge/claim the balance subsequent to the transaction at its own discretion.
In the rare possibilities of the reservation not getting confirmed for any reason whatsoever, we will process the refund and intimate you of the same.
Bhagyashri.com is not under any obligation to make another booking in lieu of or to compensate/ replace the unconfirmed one. All subsequent further bookings will be treated as new transactions with no reference to the earlier unconfirmed reservation.
The products and services displayed on the Site may not be available for purchase in your particular country or locality. The reference to such products and services on the Site does not imply or warrant that these products or services will be available at any time in your particular geographical location. If the payment on the credit card is declined for some reason, alternate payment instructions must be received by Bhagyashri.com 72 hours prior to the time of departure; else, the order is liable to be cancelled.
Credit Policy
If a customer availed company services or purchased the tickets over and above his deposit amount (i.e. using credit from the company) and fails to clear the credit in the next 2 business working days, then the customer is liable to pay back the credit to the company along with interest charges at the rate of 6% per month. Further, if the customer fails to clear the liability with in the period of two days from the date of purchase of the ticket, Bhagyashri.comreserve the right to initiate appropriate civil and criminal proceeding including but not limited to criminal breach of trust, cheating, etc.
Terms and Conditions of Use
